How the Summer Sessions work:

Each Summer Sessions class will help you widen your window-of-tolerance so you're able to be with anything that life (or your mind) throws at you, by joining a live online class once or twice a week.

You'll be able to release negative energy from the week (or from a lifetime) and feel peaceful, joyful and relaxed again.

Each session promotes Emotional Balance through movement, chanting, meditation, relaxation and community shares.

Frequently Asked Questions.

What if I can't make it live?

I'll send out the recording after the session to those who registered.

Are the classes the same on the same week?

No, the week will have a common theme, but all classes are different.

What's the best value option?

If you plan on coming to one class a week, then the Unlimited option is your best bet.
If you want to do more than one class a week, then definitely get the Unlimited.
If you're not sure and you just want to check it out, get a drop-in and you can always add the Unlimited afterwards.

Do I have to commit to the same day every week?

No, you can come to both days or just one day. Whatever fits into your schedule.
