5. How To Stop Negative Energy

Have you ever had the experience of walking into a room where people were fighting and you could instantly feel the bad energy?

Most people I know are sensitive like that, especially in this day and age where we're constantly bombarded with (mis)information.

I remember, at a job, a few years ago...

Every time that I had to interact with this one person, I would get all jittery and clumsy and my brain would go into anxious overdrive.😱

That colleague was always super nervous and fearful about everything and when I was around them, I'd feel that way, too.

Well, one day, I finally realized that I was taking on their energy.🤮

So what can we do as sensitive people?

I mean, we've got enough to deal with as it is, we don't need other people's junk mixing with our own. And we can't go live in a cave in the Himalayas and avoid all human contact.

Thankfully, Kundalini Yoga has the answer...Strengthen Your Aura.

That's right, a strong and expanded aura will act like a shield around you and negative energy will just bounce right off of you.

And it doesn't just work with negativity from the outside, no, it also protects you from the negativity within.

We Kundalini Yogis think the aura is so important that we call it the 8th Chakra.
