4. How To Boost Your Confidence

It's so healing to be able to show up authentically as your full self, even if you're ungraceful or angry or sad or fearful.

The thing is, authenticity isn't something that some of us have and others don't. Nope, authenticity is a conscious choice of how you want to live.

Because this is your life, not your parents' life, not your friend's life, not some made up Instagram life...it is YOURS and yours alone! And you get to live it the way that you want to, even if it doesn't make sense to anyone else.

Here's a great quote from Brené Brown that I love sharing in class:

"Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who you think you're supposed to be and embracing who you actually are."

Of course, living authentically isn't always easy. It takes courage and it requires setting boundaries and you have to allow yourself to be vulnerable.

And that's where the magic of Kundalini Yoga can support you, and especially chanting mantras.

There are mantras and practices that: 

  • Clear blocks and limiting beliefs
  • Align you with your higher self
  • Soften the harshness in your communication
  • Cultivate self-love...

And there are those that ACTIVATE YOUR CONFIDENCE, like the one I'm sharing with you below.

It's gonna absolutely blow you away. You're gonna feel energized, confident and in awe of your own strength and resilience!
