So how does this Challenge work?


Get ready for release and healing

For 21 days, you and more than a hundred other souls who are on a path of emotional healing, just like you, will meditate every day with the Emotional Reset Meditation.

This meditation was specifically designed to release anger and trauma and to bring you back into emotional balance.

The meditation takes about 9 minutes to complete. And you can do it whenever you like, as long as you do it once a day.

You can also do the meditation live on Zoom or do it with the recording that will be posted here.

30 minutes before every live meditation, I'll send you a reminder email.

And what if you miss a day?

 Well, this is a "challenge". If you miss a day, you start over at day 1 until you can complete 21 days in a row.

There's nobody to check on that, of course. ;)

How to do the meditation

The meditation is divided into 3 parts:

  1. Heart Opener (1 minute)
  2. Anger Release (2 minutes)
  3. Healing Activation (3 minutes moving + 1 minute with hands on heart)

End by sitting in silence keep your hands on your heart (1 minute)
