Every week, you'll take about 20-30 minutes to read and once a week we'll meet on Zoom to exchange our experiences and integrate the material.

I'll recap the most important parts of the chapter we read for that week.

Journaling
Journaling prompts based on the chapter's topic to deepen your transformation.

Final shares around what came up during journaling and any other aha moments.

Yes. You get to choose which day and that's your week day for the duration of the Book Circle.
That's totally fine, life can get busy sometimes. Come to Book Circle anyway, you can catch up on reading later.
Let me know if you can't make it and if everyone is ok with it, I'll record the session and send you the recording.
It doesn't matter which format you prefer, use what works for you, that's the most important thing.
